Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we have a minimum order quantity that depends on the style of the hat. For most styles, the MOQ is 50-100 per style or color.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We provide detailed sample photos of the hat, with your design embroidered. We will not move into production until your 110% happy with your custom hat.
How long does it take to produce custom hats?
Generally, production takes 4-6 weeks after finalizing the design. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline once we confirm your order.
Do you offer design assistance?
Absolutely, our team can help you create or level up your hat design. Whether you are coming in with a finished concept or just a rough idea, we will work with you step by step to bring your vision to life.
Please note, design services are available at an additional cost.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please review all proofs carefully before production begins.
